Paola Montes is a freelance knitwear and ready-to-wear designer, living and working, in New York City. She was born in Los Angeles, a city she holds dear to her heart -where her life and passion for art and design began. Three major cities have shaped her artistic and creative design life thus far; Los Angeles, New York, and Milan. She has had the great privilege of living, studying, and working in these three great fashion cities and designing for a number of high-end and luxury fashion brands. Creating textile prints, knitwear swatches, and woven textile designs for these brands, Paola has been able to merge her art background with the ever changing commercial demands of fashion.
